Patients have the ability to securely schedule lab appointments online through our IQ Health portal from any web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet. You can easily make your lab  appointment by logging into the IQ Health portal and select ‘Appointments’.

If you are currently not signed up for our IQ Health portal and would like the ability to make lab appointments online, please contact info@lifescapemed.com. Once you are signed up for IQ Health you can also download the HealtheLife app from the Google or Apple Store and make lab appointments directly on your smartphone. Don’t delay – make your lab appointment today!

Note: Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any website inquiries you send to us. No one can diagnose your condition from email or other written communications, and communication via our website cannot replace the relationship you have with a physician or another healthcare practitioner.
