Concierge Care is our highest tier membership, providing unlimited access to your dedicated physician, longer appointments (up to 2 hours for physicals), and 24/7 direct access. SimpleCare Direct is our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model led by our expert Nurse Practitioner, offering high-access, proactive care at an accessible monthly investment.

As a Concierge member, you are assigned a dedicated team consisting of your Physician, a Medical Assistant (MA), a Functional Dietitian, and our member support team & schedulers. This ensures that whoever you speak with knows your history and your health journey intimately.

DPC is a model that removes the “middleman” (insurance companies) from the primary care relationship. By paying a flat monthly fee directly to the practice, patients receive more time with providers, transparent pricing, and a focus on prevention rather than just “pill-for-an-ill” care.

Upon becoming a member, you will receive a welcome letter containing your physician’s direct contact information, your Medical Assistant’s contact, and an On-Call Physician number. This ensures you have access to medical guidance whenever you need it, 24/7.
