The 21 Day Detox

Welcome to the 21-Day Detox with the Dietitian program! If you’re looking for an easy-to-follow meal plan to jump-start cleaner eating and weight loss – this is the program for you! Our 21 Day Detox is designed to increase energy, release weight, turn down inflammation, and re-balance hormones that are preventing you from looking and feeling your best!

Together with Bonnie, you will follow a step-by-step system. We start the detox journey with a kick-off session to prepare you and your kitchen for the next three weeks. The program includes a simple whole food eating plan (that will make a huge difference in how you feel, sleep, and look in only 21 days!),  recipes, shopping lists, daily protocol and more!

As a bonus, participants receive a complimentary fiber supplement to enhance the detox process.
