A great immune boosting smoothie packing with Vitamin C, a perfect way to start your day!
Vitamin C Rich Immune Booster Smoothie
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 cup washed dark green leafy vegetables (kale, swiss chard, spinach)
1 tbsp raw, local honey or 1 medjool date
1-inch fresh ginger root, grated (peeling is optional)
½ small lemon, peeled
Add all ingredients to a blender until well combined. Serves one.
