EMF Protection: Everything You Need To Know

Reducing exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can be a concern for some people, especially with growing awareness of potential health risks. 1. Limit Cell Phone Use

  1. Use Speakerphone or Headphones: Using speakerphone or wired headphones can reduce the EMF exposure from holding your phone near your head.

  2. Keep Distance: Try not to keep your phone in direct contact with your body. Use it at arm’s length or place it in a bag or on a table.

  3. Text Instead of Calling: If possible, send texts rather than making calls.

  4. Turn Off When Not in Use: Turn off your phone when you don't need it, especially at night.

  1. Grounding/ Earthing: Some people believe that grounding (connecting to the Earth by walking barefoot outdoors or using grounding devices) can help balance the electromagnetic energy in the body.

9. Be Informed About EMF Levels

  1. Use an EMF Meter: For those serious about reducing exposure, consider using an EMF meter to measure the levels around your home and workplace. This can help identify high-exposure areas that can be avoided or mitigated.
