This unique combination of flavors often comes as a surprisingly delicious treat to Dana's clients. We recommend this warm & filling meal any time of year but it's especially perfect for cold, cozy nights.
Hot Apple Cinnamon Cauliflower Bowl
- 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk (full fat coconut milk works really well!)
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Medium Apple or Pear, diced into bite size pieces
- 1/4 Cup Raw Nuts and or Seeds (e.g. walnut, almond, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseeds)
Add all ingredients except the nuts/seeds into a sauce pan.
Gently warm to a strong simmer and cook there for up to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Test for desired texture and thickness.
Top with nuts and seeds.
