This yummy, easy-to-make treat is great for breakfast or as a dessert! Use chopped coconut, flax seeds, chia seeds, berries, other cut up fruit, and oats for toppings!
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 handfuls of raw spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (i.e. almond, coconut, etc.)
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender for 1-2 minutes.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with favorite toppings such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, berries and more.
3. Serve immediately.
